TB Fundamentals and Response Planning (May 19th)
 Describe the history of TB.
 Explain how TB is spread (transmission)
 Define drug resistant TB.
 Explain the difference between latent infection (LTBI) and TB disease.
 Understand the roles, responsibilities and reporting protocols in the event of a suspected TB case, contact investigation and/or outbreak.

FIRST: Tuberculosis Outbreak  (May 20th)
 To help participants develop an increased awareness and knowledge of tuberculosis disease.
 To increase the number of public health workers capable of participating in a tuberculosis outbreak investigation.
 To improve the capacity of the health department to respond effectively during a surge capacity tuberculosis event.
