Operation Protect And Secure

OPERATION PROTECT & SECURE is a community-based exercise, developed by the Coalition for Health and Medical Preparedness (CHAMP) in Manatee County. CHAMP has partnered with the Florida Department of Health in Manatee County and Manatee County Emergency Management to offer this exercise to assist healthcare entities in meeting the new CMS rule requirements. Organizations will participate by exercising their emergency lock down plan. Resources will be provided to organizations to help prepare for and conduct the exercise.
