About Our Speaker: Keely Lenoir, BS, currently serves as the Kidney Community Emergency Response (KCER) program manager, providing technical assistance and support related to emergency management to ESRD Networks, providers, patients, and other stakeholders. Keely has over 13 years of experience in the field of healthcare emergency management, including over either years with the Florida Department of Health, Hillsborough County, Office of Public Health Preparedness where she served as the Special Needs Shelter Program Coordinator.

Her presentation will:

• Provide a basic understanding of end stage renal disease (ESRD) and dialysis treatments
• Discuss key considerations for ESRD community planning, response, and recovery
