 Hillsborough County ARES/RACES is proud to sponsor both the Introductory Amateur Radio Technician Class and General License Course in a traditional classroom setting. Both courses will be offered simultaneously depending on your level and needs. Please invite your friends to come join the several hundred people who have taken these courses and earned or upgraded an Amateur Radio license during the last few years.
Costs
• Test Prep Class – Spend two days with our experienced volunteer trainers
• Class Materials – All materials are included
• Cost of Test – Included
• Cost – $40.00 per person (Due at the beginning of the first class)
Please bring a government-issued picture ID card with you to class. Please also bring your FCC Issued FRN number to the second class.

2 Days – May 6 & 20th, Option for additional workshop on off weeks if student wishes
9AM – 5PM May 6
9AM – 3PM May 20
Testing May 20th starting at 3PM
Cost: $40 payable on first day of class, includes all training materials and exam fee.
