Where:      At your facility with leaders and key staff

Who:      Health and medical partners conduct full-scale Active Shooter Exercise

Where:      At your facility with leaders and key staff

Conduct:      1.)  Use your “lock-down” or “shelter-in-place” policy OR Checklist: ToBeDeveloped

                         2.)  Enact your procedure: Secure doors; DO NOT curtail regular operations

                          3.)  Call-down staff, clients, vendors, corporate office, other required entities

Report:      By 4:30pm, report to Hernando ESF-8 Desk, 352-797-5867

-Time call-down began and ended

-# of staff, # clients, # outside contacts
